The hotel is very near to the main shopping area of Osaka and Dontobori. The breakfast was worth the addition price paid. However we were given a room which is facing the road and it was so noisy at night due to the noise from vehicles and construction works. This is supposed to be a 4-starred hotel, but the rooms were not very clean. There was visible dust on the ceiling of the bathroom which was quite an unpleasant sight.

Perfect on everything except a bit noisy at night sometime. Crazy bikers with loud mufflers drive by to show off. But it never bothers my sleep. Will rent this place again for sure.

Amazing location! This hotel is located in the heart of Osaka. Lots of shopping and dining options all walkable nearby. Breakfast was amazing and we stayed on the Cross Floor which gave us lounge access. It was nice to come back from a busy day and sit in the lounge, have some snacks (cheese, nuts, Parma ham, fruit, crackers, etc) and beverages (water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and sake) before heading out for the evening.

Good modern hotel in the heart of all the shopping and restaurant area. Staff were efficient and helpful. BUT: on level 8 we were kept awake (Fri 22/11/24) by hoons and particularly loud jackhammer construction noise until @ midnight. Also the breakfast buffet was 2nd rate for the price. Could only get fried eggs??

First time stay at Cross Hotel
Close to the busy shopping streets of shinsaibashi . A plus point when it comes to shopping and getting back to hotel. Would be helpful to know the exit C24 from Namba Station.

Everything is excellent but the room has a very limited storage. There is a very small wardrobe and that’s all. You live out of your suitcase. The location is perfect. In the heart of the city with very good connections to Nara Kyoto Kobe historical place and both stations
