Room a bit on the small side but was comfortable and reasonably clean. Tea and coffee provided in room with kettle, pajamas, slippers and free wifi. There is a spa available for hotel guests and parking on site for a fee. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were nice and very informative about the hotel enmities. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The public bath with onsen was such a great part of the hotel. Would recommend people to stay here and would stay again myself in the future.

Room was very nice, typical size for this style hotel in Japan. Comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the location. The breakfast buffet was no joke, and was amazing for the price, it was a great way to start the days we were staying there. I would definitely book this location again if returning to the area.

The property is clean and the room comfortable. The structure has an onsen and a nice lobby area. However, it is on a very trafficked noisy street and the room had zero noise isolation. Luckily I had earplugs but I could still hear the cars. The area is safe and not too far from shops, but the nearest underground station is at 15-20 mins walking, which is not the best if you have heavy luggage.

Great hotel to stay in. Staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Easy and convenient luggage transport. Close to subways stations so you never have to walk or carry belongings far.
