I recommend this location for those who want to be near the Nishiki market and Kyoto Sanjo station. It’s a 10 minute walk from the Gion district area. The property itself- clean and super kind staff. They even let us borrow their umbrellas during our stay. I recommend creating an account with them so you can get points from your stay and checking out the bakery next door!

Great location near but away from the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping area. Bus terminal to airport is near to the hotel which is convenience departing to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to several subway lines and walkable distance to a JR station too. However, the rooms themselves were pretty tired in person, even though housekeeping consistently did a wonderful job. Nonetheless, the location and the size of the bathroom was wonderful, would consider staying at this property again in the future.

The property was very clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Although the room was small (only room to walk), it is typical in Japan. The bed had 2 types of pillows, appreciated the “soft pillow”. The room had a nice little refrigerator, just wish there was a little freezer section in it. Had a great 7night stay here! Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the bathroom! It was so clean, and the tub was huge! It was nice soaking in a hot bath after a long day of walking (they even provide a variety of bath salts). Would definitely book with them again. So convenient for catching the trains and plenty of convenient stores nearby. You do get 2 free water bottles (must put out the sign to ask for a full cleaning). Overall a great hotel to consider for staying in Osaka!

Conveniently located right next to metro exit 32 with a family mart across the street. About a 10 min walk to Dotonbori district and 5 min walk to Namba Parks shopping mall. Only dislike was the small size of the rooms - it was a challenge to even lay luggage open in the room without tripping. Other than that, the stay was great.

This hotel are close to places of interest, Dotonburi. There are lots of restaurants for food just by walking distance . Namba station is just next to the hotel by Exit 32 . So convenient. The only issue , the room is super small but the bathroom is bigger than expected. When I booked the room , I see around 180 sq feet ( quite okay ) but unfortunately the bath room is almost half of the spacious. The breakfast is not so tasty compare with most of hotels in Japan that mostly provide tasty and variety of buffet breakfast. Beside these issues, this hotel is still considered okay to stay .

Near JR station, subway, limo bus to Kansai, Dotonbori and shopping. Bed was only thing I disliked as it was too hard.
