We loved our stay at Hotel Relief! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was a close walk to stores, restaurants and atteactions, and the free bread breakfast was freshly baked. I would definitely stay here again!

As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station.

Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. That was the only downside if you get a room in the higher floors.
