This hotel is very nice, clean and modern and in a very good location. The staff are very hospitable and speak very good english. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is in the heart of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, but provides a peaceful and quiet oasis just minutes from the main streets. We found our room comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was fantastic. It has free coffee at the lobby for guests and the laundry room has commercial washer and dryers. The area is near the metro and is easily reached. The hotel is situated 5-10mins away from dotonburi and is kept away from all the hustle and bustle from that street. The beds are comfortable and the pillows soft. I enjoyed my stay here

Convenient. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi with many food choices. Ample room space for 2 big luggages. Breakfast is delicious though food choice is limited & repeating.

Hotel the flag is in a super convenient location. We could easily travel around Osaka on the metro and the SHINSAIBASHI shopping street was right next door with great shopping. Would stay here again.
