Hotel was a reasonably close walk to local lines and around a 15min walk to Dontonburi. There were many food options in the area as well as a 24/7 Aeon grocery store right next door which is great. Hotel was also along the street for high end luxury shopping if that’s your goal. My only complaint (as a non smoker) is that the smoking area is right beside the sliding door entrance so there is always a faint smell of smoke on your way in our out.

For the money, it wasn’t bad. My room was clean and a decent size, but by Japanese standards it’s below average. The biggest issue is that there’s a smoking area directly adjacent to the lobby, which means the entire lobby smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Which means that the cigarette smell also creeps into the elevators. The condition of the public areas - lobby, hallways, etc were also not the cleanest and worse for the wear. Overall my room was fine and the staff was kind, but just some things to know. Especially if you’re sensitive to smoke.

The room is small and the wifi sucked. I liked how there were plenty of restaurants nearby and the supermarket next door along with a family mart and McDonald’s for my son. We stayed for 2 days and the staff were mostly friendly.

Great value. The only problem is the air conditioning. It’s not cold enough even we turned it to the coldest at 21.5. It is only loud and winds blowing right into my face while I sleep. The direction of the AC air flow faces towards the bed. I have to cover my face or wear eye masks to fall asleep but cannot sacrifice the AC. The soda bed is not comfortable, it has the shape and creases of a sofa. Would prefer a topper to make it flat. However the size of the room and the price is reasonable.
