We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable rooms and amenities. Very convenient location. The breakfast was also great, but it’s pretty much the same items every day so got a bit old since our reservation included breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time in Osaka.

Hotel room not huge. It was my second time checking in the hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room complimentary. Area is nice close to subway and many food options. Great place to stay when taking the AirPort Express train to KIX airport. Staff was professional and accommodating

Was slightly disappointed in the size of the room. Kind of small for 3 people with 3 medium suitcases and 3 backpacks. Literally, no where to sit. Other than that, location was great - few minutes from Namba station, Kuromon and Dotonburi. Staff was courteous and breakfast was relatively cheap and good. Kudos to Ms. Nodoka-san for helping me arrange suitcase transfer to Tokyo. Management, you have excellent front desk team - please convey my appreciation to them.

Location is awesome. 2 mins to the mall, 5 mins to Nankai line to KIX. Even has food options until mid-night. Hotel provide feet massager for long day of walking around and bath powder to dip into the tub after a long day. Staffs are friendly and nice. Free evening snack is offered, but I didn’t get to try. Over all a great hotel and I would certain come back again.
