The property was convenient although lobby and room relatively small. Check in was slow but check out was quick. There are only two lifts in the whole building so takes a long time to go up and down. It took me 8 mins to get something from room when I forgot something. Breakfast was ok, small but have a good variety of food. Towels are a bit of a problem, we had a room for 4 but they always only leave 2 towels so had to trek down to lobby to get it myself which takes a while with the slow lifts. Otherwise place generally very clean and has everything

Travel with 2 children, 9 & 6. Decent size room, washroom is spacious, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Most impressive was that we clean the room with disinfectant wipes when we first arrived and the wipes were still as white as new ones. The hotel is close to two subway stations, one is 3 minutes walk and the other is about 8 minutes walk, however, the places we visited were on the subway line that is further away. We had a great experience with this stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable
Wonderful hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. Umbrellas were provided along with a massage cushion for each of us in the room. Coffee and filtered water is available in the reception. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable and plenty of storage which was handy for two adults and a child. Bathroom was spacious and separate toilet. Location was close to public transport, we walked most places so it was quite a far walk to get anywhere but very easy to jump on the trains and get places quickly if you wanted to. It’s a quiet and safe location with food options around, most in the area seemed but though so I would book if you can.

Much more spacious than I expected especially compared to Tokyo hotels. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a great way to start the day.

Bien situé avec super déjeuner
Hotel à deux pas du métro et du train. Que ce soit pour accéder à Osaka ou pour vour rediriger vers Kyoto. Situé dans un coin tranquille et paisi ble. Nous avions pris connaissance à partir d'avis d'autres voyageurs que leur déjeuner est excellent et c'est la cas. Belle variétés de plats tous aussi appétisant les uns que les autres. Service au déjeuner et à la réception est courtois et attentionnée. La chambre était propre et les lits confortable. Peut etre pas la meilleur disposition de la chambre mais on est au japon. Douche multi-jets hyper agréable. Les hotels nord américaines auraient de quoi à apprendre.

We had a good two nights stay at Forza Osaka Kitahama. Staff was friendly and professional and as always helped us with luggage forwarding and other formalities. Only one glitch, one day our room was not serviced at all, not sure what happened. It was a minor inconvenience anyway.
