The service was fantastic and the facility is definately 5 stars. Osaka is a great location, short train ride to both Kyoto and Kobe, There is so much to see and do here, our week went by very quickly.

Overall we had a nice stay at Hotel Hankyu. The rooms were nice but did need a little TLC. Be aware that there is a cost to use the fitness center and it’s not convenient. You need to first go down to the check in area to sign paperwork and get an access card before heading to the gym. Took about 10-15 minutes. The fee is for both the fitness center and spa but only includes one visit. I don’t mind paying extra for the spa but thought it was odd to have to pay for the fitness center. Nice location in Hankyu.

Lovely hotel, and a great value.
Beautiful hotel with top-notch staff. There’s a bit of construction in the surrounding area due to the 2025 Osaka expo. That did not affect the stay.

I disliked this hotel as it is very noisy. The rooms have hard flooring so you constantly hear your neighbours moving around chairs at all hours of the night. The bed was horrible, mattress pillows uncomfortable. Gym is contracted not hotel owned so was refused entry for having tattoos.
