The location is very convenient. There are many malls around the hotel so there’s plenty of places for shopping and eating.

Amazing location. Train station is right next to the hotel which makes it super easy to get to and from KIX airport. The building under the hotel has lots of shops and food options. Hotel was clean and very well taken care of. Check in and out was quick and easy as they had automated machines to take care of this process. Have stayed here twice now which is a testament to how great a hotel it is and would stay again the next time we are in Osaka.

Check in system is the worst. They won’t let anyone to check in before 3pm. At 3pm there will be big queue and will take more than an hour to check in. Never seen anything like that. So if you had a long flight or journey you have to wait long time.

The room nice, clean and compact. Every small. 3 people with 2 small luggage and middle luggage. Just no room to walk. They have public washer/dryer. Hotel is above of train station also connects to the mall very convenient. Toilet separate from a bathroom and shower combo is nice. All about maximize space.they offers ship luggage to next journey if you have big luggage dont to carry around on/off trains.

All checkin and check out need to use the machine by yourself, but the instructions of the machine is not that easy, so actually a staff need to help out which I do suggest checkin process should be done by the staff instead. The location of the hotel is perfect, just need to be aware if you stay out late, the connected bridge may be closed, you have to pass through ground. Or just me dont know the way.

Convenient hotel with affordable dining and great shopping right in the building. There’s two Starbucks, and free kurig type coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is next to the Osaka train station, and the airport bus terminal is right across the street. The airport bus will directly drop you off at the hotel for a nominal fee. The staff service is average, they will help you, but you have to ask. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Notably, the rooms are small, even by Japan standards, so if you’re ok with that, it’s a great stay. We would stay here again.

Hotel is in a perfect location, easy access to the metro and train station, walking distance. In the building you have many options of restaurants and also an access to the mall next door. Check in was smooth, hotel helped to ship the luggages. Room size for Japan standard is good. I recommend for sure this property
