The facility was exemplary; the Japanese are a great example to all of us of ‘service’ and this hotel exemplified that. The hotel itself is very poorly sign posted and difficult to find. There are NO staff to check you in or out and the area around the check-in kiosk are always crowded; a nightmare after a long flight! The elevators are very confusing; there are three separate elevator systems in two separate areas and no one directs you. If you read Japanese or Korean, you are in clover, if not, you have to ask and that is when you discover just how polite and helpful the Japanese people are. It makes me sad to complain because Japan and the Japanese have humbled me and made me rethink what community can be!

Only draw back is the check in procedure, very long, if there are rooms available they should start checking in, like in Las Vegas, if you come in at 1100 and a room is available they’ll let you in!

Impressive huge lobby with coffee machines provide free coffee/tea for guests. Small room but just normal in Japan. Our room has big window and fridge and kettle, looks new and clean.

It was in a great location in the Umeda area of Osaka, allowing easy walking access to all the shopping centers and department stores. The hotel building also had a shopping center and a variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, the subway, train, and bus systems were all connected right in front of Osaka Station, next to the hotel, making transportation very convenient.

so close to the Osaka n Umeda Station, its easy and fast to take transportation to other places. and there are few famous dept stores nearby where you can access easily via underground walkway. also there is airport limo stop at this hotel. My room is clean and has spaces where I can fully open my suitcases easily.

Many dining/food options connected to the hotel since there is a mall connected beneath it. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. There is a self serve laundry room on site, but be prepared to wait in line as there are only 8 washers and dryers (but you can check on their availability and status on your hotel TV)

Great hotel with Amazing view on the higher floors. Staff are patient and helpful with helping non native speakers. Building is located next to the main train station and has plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas in and around the same building. There are car rental services across the road from the hotel . Car parking is an underground parking space with led lights to help with finding empty spots , discounted parking when stay with the hotel. All in all the hotel , service and area left such an amazing impact on us that we will be making it are main hotel going forward when revisiting the Osaka region of Japan.

Initially we struggled to find this place. This hotel is actually above the shopping centre. the hotel is very fancy, staff was kind and polite. Once you find your way to hotel you will realise how close is this from station and food shops etc. The closest station is Osaka central and you can catch train to any direction from this station. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointing.
Overbooked. Just crawling with tourists. Busy elevators, busy hallways and busy laundry room. Rooms were smaller than average and not cleaned thoroughly well. Very impersonal hotel with automated check-in/out machines. Central area and very convenient, but hotel a disappointment for money paid.
