We enjoyed our stay! It is located close to a train station and with many restaurants and convenience stores. The amenities are great with staff that are ready and willing to service our needs. We would highly recommend a stay at thi hotel.

Great for the price. I wasn't expecting much for the price. The room was small, but they always are with business hotels. It's clean and super close to Fukushima station, which is only one stop from Osaka station. You can also easily walk to the Umeda Sky Building from here. Great food options nearby, too. Way better than APA and about the same price.

I love everything about this hotel. Close to all restaurants and, most of all, the train station (literally). There are multiple izakayas (similar to a pub) in front of the hotel. FYI, the izakayas open late at night. Free laundry and dry. The detergent and softener are already provided by the hotel. They also provide great selection of teas and coffee. They provide razor, brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Very close to 7eleven and family mart. I love waking up every morning with a great view!!! The only caveat is that the size of the rooms are more than likely for solo travelers. It is quite small for a family with kids or even for couples as there are no space for baggages. Although, you can put baggages underneath the bed, however, getting it and putting it back in would be quite a hassle. But, other than that, everything else was perfect. Staff was nice to still reserve a booking for me despite not showing up on the day I was supposed to check in due to a flight delay. They were very accomodative about that (just make sure to inform them).

Nice property with friendly staff and very close to the station. Rooms were nice although a little small. Had all the ameneties we needed during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station. The staff was helpful and nice. The room is very small, which is to be expected, but there is no walking room on either side of the bed.

The entryway floor was extremely hard, old, stained, and disgusting. The sheets and towels smelled like dirty laundry. It took many showers and laundry loads to get the smell off of us. There was a nasty, mysterious stain on the wall near the fridge. The walls are extremely thin and, despite the tiny rooms, we could hear guests banging and stomping around all night. One night, the lady next to us was yelling down the hallway. We barely slept the four nights we were there and couldn't wait to leave. There are two shower heads, both of which were broken. The rain one didn't work, but water shot out of the valve and blasted my husband in the face instead. The pressure overpowers the shower heads and the detachable one also got us blasted in the face. The layout and design of the rooms is awful. It's clear that nothing was intentional and they're just building boxes to stuff people in. There is barely room for one person to walk around in there. Windows did not open. Staff were not rude, but not friendly or welcoming either. Worst hotel experience we had in Japan by far.
