Great location, service issue

The location was great, with comfortable rooms. The only issue was staff were really short with us when we first arrived to drop off our luggage. As if we were an inconvenience. The staff throughout the rest of our stay were a lot more polite.

JR福島駅からも近く、ホテルのすぐ近くに綺麗なスーパーやバーやレストラン等の飲食店がたくさんあり、ロケーションは素晴らしいと思いました。 建物自体新しい方だと思うので、そこは良かったのですが、一方で、部屋の中がワキガのような体臭が染み込んだ部屋でした。 自分の香水や持っていったファブリーズ等で何とか消臭出来ないものかと試みましたが難しいと感じました。一泊だったため我慢しました。

An excellent budget stay in Osaka. The location is fantastic. On the same lane as a grocery store and many restaurants. Try the Mexican! My only suggestion is the beds. They are incredibly hard and I often woke up stiff. Friendly staff and the free laundry was a real plus.

It is generally good. There is only one small problem. The main entrance is only accessible through a pedestrian road. You cannot drive to right in front of the hotel.

Great for the price. I wasn't expecting much for the price. The room was small, but they always are with business hotels. It's clean and super close to Fukushima station, which is only one stop from Osaka station. You can also easily walk to the Umeda Sky Building from here. Great food options nearby, too. Way better than APA and about the same price.
