It was a great little hotel, great price good location for us and the bath was awesome after a big day of walking around couldn’t ask for a better hotel for us. Great food location too

The place is really clean and the staff are very nice. The bathroom was just a little old like the bidet didn't work. But there was a Onsen on the top floor to relax after a long day that stayed open till quite late. It's also quite close to Osaka station and umeda station. You can take the underground walkway to go directly in front of the hotel (exit M14) Do note that it's right in the middle of the red light district if you mind that.

The room was tiny. Not even enough room to open my suitcase. Bathroom was small too. Thats the only real complaint i have. The hotel was in good condition and very clean. The public bath is small, but VERY clean and relaxing. The staff was very polite and helpful. Their english wasnt the best, but they always communicated well and made sure to help with my needs. The hotel location is very convenient to all the shops, bars and restaurants in the Umeda area. Also walking distance to Osaka station and Osaka-Umeda station. The hotel is surrounded by A LOT of love hotels, which feels a little weird, but wasnt a problem. This hotel was is great for foreigners and solo travelers.

It was a great hotel., great stay, central to all major districts, and located along all city bus routes, close to shops , trains. Spotlessly clean, when we asked for our room not to be ckeaned we would find clean towels and cosmetic s waiting outside the door. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Foreigner friendly, nice onsite spa even though it was small it was clean and well stocked, and central to many shops and around the corner from the Umeda station which was huge and had so many food options

This place was very homey. I wish the rooms had just a bit more room, but they were clean and lived up to great standards. They did call the room a couple times to ask if they could clean the room after we had put the sign out to not clean it, but we liked that they wanted to clean the room so often! The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly!
