New concept in hotel service. Good for young people. We came with 4 luggages, didn’t know they have elevator for them, front entrance just has narrow escalators, just enough for carry on, hotel should inform clearly about elevator for luggages. Bonus with complementary wine, coffee, food. We stayed 4 days, just a little hiccup from beginning, everything was good after. Recommended

Around a 10min walk from surrounding train stations, easy journey from hotel to universal studios. Excellent breakfast buffet, the best from all the hotels we stayed at on our trip. Our room was lovely. Bed was a bit firm for our taste but was okay. Only downside was on site laundry located on the 18th floor. Theres a QR code to a site that says when machines are in use etc but unfortunately some guests were inconsiderate and didnt remove theirs when finished. This was a very popular service when we stayed and so was competitive to get clothes washed. We were quite desperate so had to wait for 40mins in the laundry room for guests to come and empty their clothes out. They lock with a code so you cant just empty them yourself if someones left it. A sign said they would open automatically after 15mins if not collected but this didnt happen hence we waited. Given hotel size maybe 6 machines isnt quiet enough. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for 4 nights.The hotel was close to the airport limousine bus stop. The room was adequately large enough. Breakfast had lots of Japanese options with champagne on offer. Limited Western options. Only quarter size milk bread that takes 10 minutes to toast. What was unique with this hotel was the generous free coffee, soft drinks at all times plus snacks at afternoon tea. The lounge was a lovely place to relax and the staff was attentive and professional.

Hotel is new, clean & well designed. Staff was friendly but not everyone spoke English. Our only complaint was when we had our luggage sent from airport to hotel, they didn’t notify us that it had arrived while we waited for hours.

We booked for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. All the staff were professional and very polite. The breakfast had a good variety of choices of Japanese food. I loved the choices of fresh fruit and the 3 choices of jams. It would be nice to have proper slices of bread instead of milk bread. It took 10 minutes just to make a piece of toast. Regardless of any other shortcomings this hotel may have, the ability for clients to enjoy free drinks and various refreshments throughout the day in the lounge made up for it all. It was the only hotel we have stayed in the 4 weeks in Japan that has such generous hospitality. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Integrate Hotel Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to subways and Osaka station. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff speaks good English and provided excellent assistance before and after check-in. The hotel is clean, modern, and incorporates modern Japanese design elements. The bathing experience was pleasant, and the amenities include washing machines, complimentary supper, and a choice of daily toiletries. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It is a stone's throw away from an underground station but as with all of Japan's complicated underground transportation system, still needed to navigate a bit to know which line to take, where to get the tickets, where to enter, etc.. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special perks included tea time snacks, happy hour drinks, night snacks and onsen....all complimentary!!
