Great clean hotel. Free drinks and coffee at lobby. If you stay on the 9th floor, you get free drinks there as well instead of going to floor level. Staff were really friendly and help during checking in. Shower was big, would stay again

The property is in a decent location, approximately a 10 minute walk to the subway and Namba station. You can access them through Namba Parks, which has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is also surrounded by many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were kind and helpful. They had many free amenities and drinks. There are 3 washing machines and at least 1 machine was available whenever we went. The room was clean and well maintained. I thought the room was spacious for 2 people. We were able to fit 1 large luggage and 2 carry ons in the room. It's a 15 minute walk to Dontonbori. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was accessible to quite a few popular attractions.

Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold not very fresh and the coffee machine didn’t work properly only giving out Luke warm coffee at best. Starbucks machine in the lobby saved it to be honest. Rooms were not very clean stains on the carpet in the rooms. hallways leading to carpets were filthy and also didnt smell to great. Fantastic area and very central to everything
