Lovely hotel right next to a train station which connects you to popular spots in Osaka. Breakfast is good but the coffee machine is busy in the morning and I thought the quality of the coffee could have been better. However for the price we paid there is little to complain about - this is a good place to stay and the staff here are wonderful.

I really recommend this hotel is super close to a train station and 3 minutes by taxi from Osaka Castle. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes close by. It is super clean and has a bunch of amenities that makes easier on you. The rooms are big and has a refrigerator and complementary water.

This hotel is wonderful, location is prime. The rooms are very small so be sure to size up for what you would normally book. I booked a room for 4 even though there was only 3 of us and it was tight. But I would 100% come back here.

The hotel is located perfectly near Tenmabashi subway station. It is very convenient to go to various places. The only thing we really don't like is the extremely small size of the room. It is almost impossible for two adults to move around in the room.

Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly. Room compact but had everything you needed. I liked the touch of a fresh bottle of water every day. Very welcome after a long hot day. Breakfast was varied, something for everyone. Hotel was close to metro and a local convenience store. I would stay again.

Great location next to train line. Hotel room was very small (compared to all other hotels we stayed at in Japan). Room was clean but my bed sheets had a burn hole (?) in it. Definitely seemed more “basic”. Check in/check out was easy but staff was not as warm and accommodating as other places. No A/C in common spaces (lobby and hallways). So it was toasty. Breakfast was not good, so we chose to not get our “free” breakfast again on the second day. I don’t think I would book here again.

I had googled and grateful to have come across this hotel! You’ll be doing a lot of walking, it was wonderful seeing this hotel was in front of the Tenmabashi Station/Keihan City Hall building/mall that had a Starbucks, McDonalds, GU, Uniqlo, Daiso and a grocery store. We all loved the breakfast and amenities! Thank you for making our visit to Osaka so special!
