Lovely modern hotel. Only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast not great for western tastes. Daughter and I are not fussy but chose to breakfast locally despite paying for breakfast.

Very nice new hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I can't give 5 stars, though, because the breakfast situation was a bit of a joke. To be fair, we stayed 3 nights over a holiday weekend, but the long wait to enter the breakfast room each morning (with guests filling the lobby area while waiting to be shown to a table) highlighted how small the dining room is compared with the number of rooms in the hotel. The single coffee machine also generated long queues each morning. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options, but unless you don't mind a long wait or are skipping breakfast, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Everything was decent except for the toilet’s cleanliness. The gap between the water tank and the bidet had previous visitors’ hair, dried urine stains, along with dust. It’s gross because it’s clearly visible, and the gap is large enough so try not to drop your toiletries there by accident.

The hotel is right opposite a subway station and mall with plenty of eating options. There are also several kombinis nearby for snacks. Osaka castle is within walking distance. The room was nice but a bit small which seams to be standard for Japan. The staff were great

El cuarto es muy pequeño éramos 3 personas y casi no podíamos caminar adentro, había una cama era más pequeña y me quedaban los pies afuera el desayuno todos los días es igual no hay variedad El laundry solo hay 3 lavadoras y 3 secadoras y las secadoras siempre estaban ocupadas no podía secar la ropa mucha gente y muy pequeño.

We were surprised with the proximity to the subway station and the city mall. Room was small but standard for Japan accommodations. Nightgowns and bath towels changed daily. Bed was comfortable. Clean and neat. Basic toiletries provided. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stays was a very good value for the money.

Hotel looked really nice, the staff were very helpful and even helped us fill in the luggage service forms when we were struggling. They have a amenties section where you can take everything you need( there was a large selection also). The rooms do run smaller than what we're used to but thats to be expected- we had enough room for our luggage so was okay.

The room was very small (it’s Japan) so a tight squeeze for two people and two suitcases. We requested extra pillows and they were brought up immediately; staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the cashless laundry was very convenient.
