Ideal location for usj, staff are great, clean rooms and great amenities. Breakfast was chaos, very busy and quantity rather than quality but did not bother us as location couldn’t be any better for visiting usj. Would definitely come back!

There were no shelves or places to put your stuff. Everything had to be on the floor. Only 3 hangers for 3 people and no hooks to hang towels in the washroom. You have to pay 2200 yen to use the big spa bath where other hotels are usually free. The hotel is clean and good location.

Great place to approach to Universal Studio Japan! Very walkable and accessible location to many shops in Citywalk. But very quiet inside. Place was pretty specious for two kids two adults family.

The hotel was clean and staff was wonderful. The rooms were small but ver clean and comfortable. Everything you could need is close by. The train station is just feet away and universal studios is as well. Starbucks and 7-11 also super close. The aquarium is just a short taxi ride away and Osaka city shopping just 20min on the train.
