Not built for foreigners reserving in advance
So, this is a love hotel. It says "Adults Only", you should know that. But what that means is that they are not built to handle foreigners booking in advance. We wandered around a bit before realizing we'd have to call someone to the front desk. We were able to check in, but knew very VERY little English. Also, we questioned why the reservation said "smoking" and they were able to communicate that all the rooms were smoking rooms. I did not see that on Hotels.com when I booked. No matter, the room did not smell like smoke, so no harm there. However, getting into the room, I noticed it was not as clean as I'm used to with normal Japanese hotels (I actually expected better from a love hotel) and we were missing towels and sheets for the bed. Had to dig through all the (many) drawers to find them ourselves. Other than that, the room was large, bathroom was amazing. Our one night there went smooth overall.

we stayed only for a night but I can tell that the hotel provided everything what you need in your room, bathroom is huge, and they also have a karaoke entertainment in your room. Super like it.

Bit further from international airport, worth it
Room is clean, semi spacious,massive shower and bath area. Staff are nice, minimal english but have translate sheets of paper

Ignoring the main purpose of the hotel, it is perfext accommodation for a short and convenient stay when travelling. Like a private spa for a cheap fee.

便利なホテルでした。
空港に近く快適に過ごせましたが 欲を言えば朝一の出発便に余裕を保って空港に到着出来るように朝食の開始時間を５時半からの設定があると完璧かなと思いました。

初ルナ宿泊
スタンダードダブルで207号室でした。 ルナは初めてだったのですが、系列店のロータスには何度か宿泊していたので会員カードが使えると思ったら機械が反応せずフロントに電話するとロータスのカードはルナの客室の機械では非対応なのでフロントに会員番号を伝えたら大丈夫と教えて下さりました。 お風呂がスチームサウナになるのは初めてだったので良かったですが、ジェットバスが壊れてたのが残念でした。 ロータスでも共通なのですが、朝食の鮭定食が有料になったのは残念です。 和食が好みなので玉子焼きか目玉焼き定食でも無料で提供して頂けると嬉しいです。 ロータスでもバスローブがパジャマになってたので、個人的にバスローブの方が好みなので無料で選べると嬉しいです。 バスタオルも無料で追加出来ると更に嬉しいです。 部屋にウォーターサーバーが有るので飲み物の用意をしなくていいのが個人的にとても良いです。 電子レンジが部屋に無かったのですが、フロントに言えば温めて持って来て頂けるので助かりました。 また泊まりに行きたいと思いますので、よろしくお願い致します。
