I loved the view from the room, I got a room in the 31st floor, beautiful view of the city. The rooms are very small so makes it complicated if you have big suitcases. The location is amazing with everything very close. I would recommend this hotel.

Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

It was easy and accessible close to Dotonbori . It had a great variety of breakfast. It was a nice stay overall, the only negative was our mattress was a bit uncomfortable

Hotel next door to supermarket which has all sorts on a few floors and great pet store that has exotic animals too like a mini zoo as well as cats & cute dogs that we visited everyday. The actual supermarket in basement is open late too. Easy walking distance to main shopping and food areas famous dotoburi!
