Very conveniently located. The staff are friendly. Very neat and clean with amazing amenities. About 10 minutes underground walk from the Osaka station. When you get out of the train ticket machine go towards the south exit. It will take you to the B1 level. Then continue the to walk straight until you find the exit 1141A. Then go up to the surface level. Look up and you will see the hotel name. Turn right to get to the hotel entrance. Reception is at the 2nd level.

Expedia's advert, they do not offer a free shuttle bus to Universal studios. However everything else was wonderful. They have an in house onsen atoo

The only thing good about this hotel is clean and the room is large. However, the location of this hotel is not as convenient as indicated on the map. Also, the public bath facility inside the hotel close very early at around 24:00, whereas most of the hotel that includes public bath that I have been to open through the night

Very good location near train station, restaurants, shopping. Rooms are on the smaller side but the bed was a good size for a couple. The lobby in 2F was small and always seemed to be full of people so it was a bit busy for check in, check out and going to the restaurant for breakfast.

Location is great, room is very clean, there is a convenience store right by the hotel and is a super plus. You can walk to almost all the nearby train stations underground, very pleasant stay.

Thr room is spacious and clean. Too bad the breakfast is the same thing every mornings for 3 days. They have a spa but not mineral water its still great to use it after being out all day. 8 or 12 minute walk from station can be far at the end of your day with the tired feet.
