For the comfort of guests using the pool areas, this property does not permit guests with tattoos to use the outdoor seasonal pool.

Outstanding hotel in every way

Immaculate large room, superb facilities in room. Extremely convenient for Osaka Jo Hall. I'm so close to Osaka Castle we could see it from our room every night. The lobby area of this hotel was opulent to say the least but the rooms certainly didn’t correspond. It could use som serious updating. The reception upon arrival was EXCELLENT! English speaking employees were few.

No issue in terms of cleanliness, safety or service of the employees. In fact, the service of the staff is probably one of the best that I have seen. The location is also conveniently located close to the train station and across the Osaka Hall. However, the hotel facilities are older and the room reflected that. The bathroom is a unit bath. The bed is hard and probably need a replacement. Compared to the latest hotels in Osaka, this hotel needs a "refresh" for its infrastructure.

We stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. We were offered welcome drinks, breakfast at the Executive Club and free parking. Our room overlooks the Osaka Castle and the view is spectacular! The Concierge service is excellent, and my booking for restaurants were handled very nicely.

The hotel was nice and clean! The area around the hotel was wonderful too. Very close to the train station. The only down side was I could hear the room above us stomping around when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, a wonderful time!

Stay was comfortable. Room cleaning was great but that was about it. The bath tub and toilet was outdated, and made crackling noises. The morning breakfast was terrible for 5 star hotel. Worst I have had so far at a 5 star hotel. I ended up not bothering to use my voucher after being disappointed 2 breakfast. Would not book my stay with breakfast included at this hotel anymore, it wasn’t worth it. Location was convenient
