The hotel’s aesthetics was amazing and views from hotel room was breathtaking. However, i noticed there was no iron box in the rooms, this was the first hotel i experienced this during my stay in Japan. I stayed in 4 different hotels in different areas which all provided iron boxes in the rooms. I was dissapointed that accessing the swimming pool needed a reservation which was not mentioned during the booking. It would be nice to include this in your website. Overall, such a beautiful hotel i fell in love with it. Will definately be coming back❤️❤️

The property was tired. We had to pay to use the pool, then an additional charge to sit on a deck chair. There was also a charge to use the gym and it was not cheap. I have never seen this before in a hotel I have stayed at.
