The hotel is part of the airport complex so less than 5 minute walk from international arrivals, and my room was comfortable and quiet- just what I needed after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was great!

Obviously, it's the best place to stay if you are using this KIX airport. Value was good too, but customer service was average. Most Japanese hotels offer amazing service, but this hotel was unhelpful. I asked questions and made some requests but I only received a message that was copied from their website, basically saying that they can't help due to some repair work being done.
