One of my favorite hotel in Osaka. Perfect location. The bar (夜間飛行）was fabulous with singer performances ever night.

Stay was fair. Staff were nice and attentive. Just felt the room was tired, found it very dusty. Plus the tv in the room is only good for someone who can understand Japanese. I think having a tv with YouTube or Chromecast ability would be better. The shower was weird, it would be perfect to your preferred temperature than it becomes very hot and than cold. It than goes back to your preferred temperature than the whole circle starts again. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Close to great places and transport. Ample of area to eat. I also feel the hotel should introduce vegan/ vegetarian options in their hotel restaurant.

The moment we stepped in, maybe 10 more steps before the door, there was somebody who assisted us. They are all nice and friendly.checking ln and out is quick. The room and bathrooms were always clean. They provide sleepwear too. So no need to bring one. The breakfast was superb! The train station is just right down below.would definitely recommend!

Loved the room!

great location, and we were in the 29th floor so wonderful view of the city. We really enjoyed our room and the proximity of the hotel to lots of restaurants and shopping. We did not love the breakfast, it was expensive and you can find better food around the hotel.

The location is in a great area however, Our room was so dusty and not so clean The hotel doesn't have individual AC unit so we were sweating all night. No windows to open and no AC!!! As we were showering the water kept getting hotter by itself… Low lighting in the bathroom.
