Very convenient base to explore Osaka and Kansai region. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities are easy to access. Hotel is directly connected to Shinsaibashi. Exit 8 goes directly to hotel lobby which is nice on a rainy day.

Beautiful and clean rooms We were on 28 th floor and the noise from motorcycles at night is terrible. Position of tv in room a little awkward and no chairs. Breakfast is good , very busy.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location. Subway station below the property means you can travel to Kansai Airport without going outside. Very good breakfast buffets - separate western and Japanese ding rooms.

Strategicaly located in Shinsaibashi area with direct basement link to the subway station (Midosuji Line) and shinsaibashi covered market. Perfect distance for a jog to the Osaka Castle. Nice Japanese breakfast, the older chef manning the egg station was so helpful and cheerful - he just made our day! i just hope they provide laundromat (that’s why I can’t give them 5 stars yet)

Hotel Nikko location is perfect. Near all the main attractions and the train station is right there. We opted for the premium room and it was well worth it. The room was very large with an enormous bathroom. Would definitely come back to this hotel

Hotel Nikko’s location es an asset. Located in a commercial avenue with high end retail options, it is withinf walkable distance of the busy Dotombori district. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Right on the metro. Close to the shopping district. Real easy to get around town and to other locations. We did laundry there which shocked us. Was over $125 for only a handful of items. Find someone else to do it if needed
