The staff are very kind and the hotel is very well designed and clean. The area is very peaceful and cute, we landed a bit late and went to an Izakaya just up the street and had a wonderful meal there. Definitely recommend getting the hotel breakfast, as it was also delicious. Would love to stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right outside there is a very nice park along the river where there was even a firework show! Around the surrounding blocks there are nice yakiniku restaurants and izakayas.

This was an amazing stay and I wish I could give them more stars! One of the workers, Shin, is a very lovely and kind man. My flight was originally delayed which meant I missed my first night in the hotel, however he assured me I would be able to check in the next day no issue. However the next day I got lost and missed the check in time for the hotel a second time. He still let me check in on the third day without any extra chargers, and in the end offered free breakfast and dinner to make up for the fact I missed the first two nights if my stay even though me missing those nights wasn't his fault. The rooms are clean and have very cute Devore, the breakfast and tea is absolutely amazing as well. They even offer a headspa service which was a lovely surprise that I wasn't originally aware of. Please if you're saying in Osaka, stay here. It's an amazing experience and the workers are lovely.

Fabulous experience
So was clean and really nicely presented. The colleagues behind the desk really helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport and I generally enjoyed my stay. If I was in the area again I would not hesitate to book there.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Noum. We actually stayed twiced during our vacation to Japan. The reception staff are really personable and friendly, we felt immediately comfortable. The aesthetic is minimalist and functional. I loved the big windows over the river. The room is calm, no TV or screens or clocks; therefore, very relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. I recommend getting a larger room if you're bringing large luggage. The hotel offers amenities on demand so it's not wasteful. There's a laundry room and terrace. I also saw signs that a sauna will be available next month. It's great having a cafe in the lobby--breakfast is delicious! The neighborhood location is great, close to Osaka Castle, two metro stations and Tenjinbashi market. Hotel Noum is definitely in our top 3 stays in Japan.

The room and the view were absolutely wonderful, I couldnt have been happier. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me. They made numerous phone calls on my behalf and arranged luggage transfer with an extremely large bag which was no small task!
