I liked the proximity to the train station. Close to restaurants and mall. The only thing I didn't prefer was the hard bed and pillows.

Very nice and helpful employees. Our room was clean and spacious even with three twins beds. Free breakfast includes good selection of bread and pastries.

I only stay one night with my family, however best experience ever, I only wish the breakfast would have more diversity, however they only have dry fruits and sweet bread, besides that I love everything of them it was one of my best experiences. Thank you for you services

Lovely hotel with nice amenities (the pajamas were a nice touch!) and lots of space, simple but tasty pastry breakfast, metro entrance is just outside the hotel (or a 10 minute taxi to Universal Studios Japan). Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Rauhallinen hotelli rauhallisella alueella
Erittäin tilavat huoneet (Japanin mittapuulla). Erillinen WC ja kylpyhuone plussaa. Hotelli on pieni ja vaikuttaa olevan aika uusi ja kaikki tilat ovat puhtaita ja hyvässä kunnossa. Huoneen ilmastointi tehokas. Huoneen varustelu OK. Henkilökunta iloista, palvelualtista ja englantikin tuntui sujuvan ihan hyvin. Hotellin sijainti Osaka-Ko (Chūō linja) metroaseman kupeessa saattaa tuntua hieman syrjäiseltä (20-30 min metrolla Dotonboriin yms), mutta hiljaisempi alue on virkistävä, jos on viettänyt päivän Osakan ruuhkaisissa nähtävyyksissä. KIXiltä on helppo tulla hotellille bussilla Tempozan maailmanpyörän pysäkille. Osakan akvaario Kaiyukan on hotellin naapurissa. Hotelli tarjoaa vieraille ilmaisia juotavia (kahvia yms.) päivittäin. Aamupalaa emme testanneet.

Es increíble la amabilidad y gentileza del personal. El hotel es modesto pero con un servicio excelente, es muy acogedor y las habitaciones están bastante cómodas además de que las amenidades brindadas son de gran calidad. El secreto mejor guardado: se llega en metro por la línea Chuo en la estación Osukako. Eso es invaluable.

駅から近いっていうのはもちろんスタッフが程よい距離感でいてくれるから2泊しましたが、すごく気持ちよく使わせていただきました！ サウナは予約は埋まってしまっていたのと雨が降りそうな天気だったので利用出来ませんでしたが、再チャレンジしたいです！ 次の大阪行く時も利用させて頂きたいです！！！ ありがとうございました！

이 정도 넓은 방은 5성급 일부 호텔빼고는 못 본 거 같음..새로 지은 건 지 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔함..아무튼 수족관쪽일정 있다면 여기 묵어야 함..도보 1~3분거리에 세븐일레븐,패밀리마트,로손있음
