Best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. Breakfast buffet is really nice and worth the money. A good coffee shop is located within the building. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are luxurious, and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Laundry machines are always busy at night but people will keep their clothes for whole night. this is the problem you don't have chance to use either washer or dryer.

Good location by Umeda station with plenty of food and shopping options. Staff in lobby is friendly and helpful. Size of rooms are above average for Japan. Self service laundry machines located on the 2nd floor were super useful. Furniture in the rooms are a bit worn. Carpet in the room and hallways were dirty and could use a deep cleaning. Shower is musty and has mildew in the corners. Decent hotel but I probably won't stay here again.

The first room we checked in came with some stains around the corner and on the floor carpet, but the front desk staff efficiently upgraded our room to the higher floor and helped us move the luggages to the new room. Their service was great. The room was pretty clean. The location is great.

The rooms are extremely small. Only one person ,bed small. Bath room mobility issues, takes a big step to get in and out dryer takes for ever to dry, no change machine in laundry room. Tv channels only in japanese,no english news or any movies.no suana or roof top view. Expensive. Not a good value

Comfortable Hotel near Osaka Station.
The hotel is very close to the Osaka/Umeda station, which made moving around Osaka a cinch. There are lots of eating and shopping options nearby. The hotel is relatively new and knowing the fastidiousness of the Japanese, I was surprised to see stains on the carpet. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, bathroom was small but clean and adequate. We had a comfortable stay.
