The cleaning staff is very rude. I asked to ship my luggage to my next hotel and the front desk lady did not tell me my bags would arrive 48 hrs later. It’s very clear they do not like foreigners at this hotel. If you want good service, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Gets the job done
Had a great experience at this hotel. Let us check in early around 1pm! Yes the room and bathroom was small but we didn’t come to Japan to spend time in a hotel room. It provided a comfortable bed and the facilities for a nice shower after a long day. Just enough space for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. Bathroom was small with not much bench space but doable. The location is perfect. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities in namba and Dotonbori, subway station just down the road & a Lawson next door! We didn’t find it noisy at all at night.

部屋の臭いが気になりました。
入った途端にお部屋の臭いがとても気になりました。 洗っても落ちない男性の枕のような臭いです。 加湿消臭器が置いてあるのですから、かけておいてくれたら良かったのに、と思います。 すぐにフロントに窓の開け方を聞いて夜中以外はあけておきました。寒い冬の季節でなくてよかったです。 それ以外は清潔で気持ちの良いお部屋でしたので残念でした。

Loved this place for the location! Super convenient. Booked the premier room for my family. A little tight in the room with the dining area, the coffee island and the double sink, but comfortable to stay. Although the room was nice, it was very very dusty on our first night. Found tiny little bugs on the make up table area, so we inquired about it to the front desk and showed a video. Staff didn't seem concerned and wanted to send someone in to take a look at it. Times to take a look at the room was always inconvenient so we just ended up leaving it. Another issue with cleanliness was the bathroom, the grout on areas of the floor was orange - like bacteria growth orange. If they dont scrub the floor of the wet rooms, it makes you reconsider the cleaniness of everything else in the room.

The b Namba Kuromon is in the perfect location for exploring all the popular area by foot, and is also conveniently located close to the train stations. The lobby and rooms are also perfectly clean.

Stayed for 3 nights- price was pretty reasonable and hotel is near to: dotonbori (11mins) walk, Lawson Mart and subway stations. The room is pretty small but the toilet is clean. We asked for an extra pillow for our son, however, front desk said they couldn’t provide as our son is sharing a room with us. I was disappointed as I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that did not provide with an extra pillow. :( There are only 2 washing machines, and can only wash 3kgs for 6000yen. We have to use dryer again as our clothes were still damp after the wash/dry cycle that run for 2 hours. :( However, I am happy that one of the front desk staff helped us for our luggage transfer back to Tokyo with all smiles and was efficient. (Thank you whoever you are).

I think in General Osaka has amazing hotels, and this was a great option near every attraction. I was able to walk to many places and was really convenient! The room was very nice and comfortable, amazing way to end busy days.
