The hotel offers very nice service and their room was great. The hotel is located at a bit far from tourist places though still you can walk there about 30 mins or so. The place is next to river, that was nice.

Not on any convenient transportation routes, you have to go to Shin-Osaka to get the Shinkansen or to get other areas. Wonderful staff! The hotel is not geared for tourists but more for events/weddings etc. The amenities were mediocre compared to other places we’ve stayed and the food was bad - do not recommend eating there.

The Imperial Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. They offered a shuttle back and fourth from Osaka station (please check times with the staff), which made it convenient to travel to different locations near by. The location is right near the water and I was able to reserve a room with a wonderful view of the city. The staff was amazing and no matter what I needed, always took the time to help. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are able to. It was a wonderful experience which added to my time while in Osaka.

Simply the Best! From the first moment of check-in to final departure, everything was absolutely perfect. The "standard" room was by Japanese standards, extremely spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent.. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service between Osaka Station and the hotel. Best of all, all service personnel I interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. This was hands down the best hotel I stayed in on my 25-day Japan trip. I'm glad I somehow stumbled upon it!
