Beautiful and luxurious property with friendly and helpful staff that make it so easy for guests to relax and enjoy all of osaka has to offer. Right off the river, this has got to be the best spot in osaka for cherry blossom season. They gave my wife and I an unforgettable experience.

Not in the center of action in Osaka, but the hotel provides shuttle to the heart of downtown every 20 minutes. Very quiet and serene location by the river. First and second floor restaurants had very nice food. Rooms were really good size and very clean. But what stands out the most at this hotel is their service quality and staff. Top notch.

My first day in Osaka, it would be much helpful to obtain the map of Osaka subway lines and other area when I asked how to get to the station because it was my first time to stay at the hotel. When I asked next day, the lady at the front desk showed the map and gave it to me. That map was very helpful.

Very impressed by the service and accommodations. This is right on the waterfront and there are great paths for walking/running and biking. We mainly did things in the center of Osaka and it wasn’t a big deal to get to the nearest train from the hotel and then into the action. Quieter area but nice reprieve from the density and crowds. Highly recommend. Lounge bar was also great. For reference we’re mid-30s and on the casual side, but the hotel still felt totally comfortable.
