The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the Rinku Town train station. Two malls were close by with many restaurant options, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in/check-out process was self-service and the shuttle bus to the airport very convenient.

Perfect location for airport & nearby facilities.

Enjoyable one night stay. Good facilities and great location. Only criticism is the check in procedure because automated you have to wait until literally official time. If rooms are ready why not allow guests to check in slightly earlier Staff called Than from Nepal very friendly.

Hotel near Kansai International airport

Hotel is a little dated, but very clean. The hotel offers free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel and this as very helpful as taxi would have costed us about ¥4,000 ~ ¥5,000 to the hotel. Make sure you wait at S12 not at 12.

I had a single bed for a very reasonable price. The staff is great and the hotel is very clean with updated TV and facilities. This hotel is in a great location just on the Rinkutown train station. It has a 24hr Family Mart in the building.

The room is very clean and the staff are friendly and speak English and Japanese well. There is an airport shuttle to and from the airport. I want to note to arrive to the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early. There is a convenience store called FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel which is nice for late night snacks. Besides that, the area is quite removed from the city of Osaka. There is an outlet mall nearby.

Would not recommend.

Filthy room. Bathroom fan did not work. Towels were worn out. Carpets need replaced. Bathtub dirt ring shows poor cleaning efforts. Would not recommend.
