I would give this hotel a 3.5/5. For context we were a group of 3 adults and the room we selected had 3 single beds. We travelled in mid-October. Pros: This is conveniently located 5-7min walk from Dotonburi (the main tourist attraction). The staff spoke multiple languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) and helped us with our luggage delivery request from hotel-to-hotel. There are several beverage options (sodas, water, coffee, tea, matcha) in the lobby with my seating options that are never completely occupied throughout the day. There is also a toiletry section in the lobby to select the items you need Con: The room we were in was very musky with a damp smell no matter if the AC was turned on or off. The AC did not work very well. We did not need the AC given we went in Autumn, but we were hoping the AC will dehumidify (based on other reviews, this seems to be a known issue. This definitely affected our stay, as we stayed 3-nights.

Great option
The location was convenient and just a short walk from the main attractions. We stayed out till late in the evening and felt very safe. The area was quiet but it was still very safe.

Walking distance to Donbori. Convenient location. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staffs are very helpful. Room size is great considering the sizes of hotels in Japan. However the bathroom is extremely small.

A place to stay
Its a good location near almost about everything you need. Local restaurant, shopping center and besides a convenient store FAMILY MART. The breakfast is not really free but they have good coffee and snacks plus accessible commodity. Safety is not an issue. Its quite and they have luggage transfer. I will go back to Karaksa but now in TOKYO!!!
