I would give this hotel a 3.5/5. For context we were a group of 3 adults and the room we selected had 3 single beds. We travelled in mid-October.
Pros: This is conveniently located 5-7min walk from Dotonburi (the main tourist attraction). The staff spoke multiple languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) and helped us with our luggage delivery request from hotel-to-hotel. There are several beverage options (sodas, water, coffee, tea, matcha) in the lobby with my seating options that are never completely occupied throughout the day. There is also a toiletry section in the lobby to select the items you need
Con: The room we were in was very musky with a damp smell no matter if the AC was turned on or off. The AC did not work very well. We did not need the AC given we went in Autumn, but we were hoping the AC will dehumidify (based on other reviews, this seems to be a known issue. This definitely affected our stay, as we stayed 3-nights.
