Decent location for a second stay in Osaka. The hotel felt new and the property was in good condition. The drinks was a nice touch for when you’re in a rush and need a coffee. Service however was non existent. Staff clearly wanted nothing to do with guests. Robots probably would offer warmer service than the staff there. Minus 1 star for the service

The hotel is perfectly located in central Osaka, between the old section of Shinsaibashi and new shopping district of Umeda. Plenty of decent restaurants nearby, just using Google Map or Tabelog as a guide. This hotel offers so many perks that I'm willing to letgo the missing facilities normally associated with a four-star hotel, such as a pool and a gym: - it's brand new; - the lobby is spacious with a high ceiling and plenty of natural light; the deco reminds you more of a library; it has a corner bar with drink and coffee dispensers, self-service and free; - a balcony in each room! that's something worth paying money for. would i be asking too much for a chair & table set too?? - each floor has a water dispenser, a great replacement for bottled water. i just wish the carafe supplied could be a bit bigger - we ended up using used 2L mineral water bottles. - there is a two-Storey 24/7 supermarket just meters away; - a utility room complete with washing machines/driers, a vending machine and a microwave oven; - it has a self-service baggage locker room. The staff are super friendly, although sometimes Google Translate comes in handy. The biggest complain, and this isn't the hotel's fault but due to its location being on one of the busiest boulevards in the city: each and every night, there are motorbike gangs (as i later checked out, mostly high school students) doing the rounds, racing down, making huge noises. My advice is to try not to stay on the main streetside.

I have stayed in 4 different hotels in my Osaka & Kyoto trip and this hotel is my favourite one in terms of the room size (both the bedroom & the bathroom are reasonably spacious), the decor (simple & modern with timber features as highlights), the hotel condition is clean & new. I like the spacious bathroom with dry area for changing. Some of the Japanese hotel bathrooms do not have a separate shower cubicle, therefore, you get wet once you get inside the bathroom, but this hotel shower cubicle has glass door as separation with the dry area.

Enjoyed the stay here! Very clean and staff are kind! Room was small for American standards, but is more spacious than hotels in Tokyo. Loved the free drinks (tea,coffee,soda) in the lobby. Close to subway stop, a bit of a walk to dontunbori. Would stay here again!

We had issues with our prior booking and chose this hotel last minute. I showed up within 20min of booking and I was in my room in less than 10min. Check in was a breeze, the customer service is uncanny! When I walked into the room I let out a sigh of relief. The room was spotless! Larger room than others in Japan. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Loved everything about my stay here. I will definitely be staying here again

Everything is easy - each floor has irons and ironing boards to borrow. Water filtration unit in each elevator bank so you can fill up a bottle before heading out.The TV can show you the status of the reasonably priced washers and dryers. Nice self service, locking, left luggage room. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and very good hours. Everything seems well considered and designed - so many possible questions have been answered in the one page, English hotel guide in the room

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay in a lovely hotel. Stayed in a lot of hotels before but this is easily one of the best. The room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent with both a bath and a walk in shower separate. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were great. If I come to Osaka again I will be staying here.
