Hotel is only 3mins walk from Namba station (walk from Takashimaya). Its in a bustling street with tons of dining options and pharmacies. However. Hotel is dated and it shows in the room. Staff are ok and they helped me with my yamato service. The best part of this hotel is the location.

Tired and marked rooms
Stayed for a few night and room was very poorly maintained. Carpets and walls were covered in dirty marks, swapped rooms but it was the same and were told all rooms were the same standard. There are better chains for the same money.

Great location, right near Dotonbori. Right along Namba eatery and Namba walk. Only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet kind of stunk and made a lot of noise.

It’s near to everything. My only dislike is the sorrounding now coz alot of people are smoking everywhere unlike before that there’s a designated smoking area.

Location is fantastic, but the hotel, from all the hotels we stayed during the vacations it was low standard . We ask for breakfast, and there wasn’t. The hotel has to be updated. Beds were not as comfortable as expected. Expedia sells it up to 6 persons, and no way. There are 3 single beds and one sofa. So max 4. As said the best part is the location, just go outside and enjoy Osaka.

Convenient spot close to dining, shopping, quiet, spacious room, though it had and old room smell, had to leave AC and air purifier for a while for it to go away, all in all a great spot to choose when Dotonbori is in your itinerary, I travelled with my wife and 3 kids and this hotel offers a lot of convenience due to location
