This is our go to hotel whenever we are in osaka. They got better because of their new renovation. Laundry room and lounge area are better. Location is perfect, close to evrything train station, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll definitely back.

난바 중심지에 최고의 위치 그중에서도 웰컴 라운지를 무료로 이용할수 있었던게 가장 좋았음 몇년전에 갔을때도 깔끔하고 좋았으나 이번 여행에서 더 좋아진 느낌 체크아웃하고 짐 맡기는것도 락커형식으로 된 셀프로 이용할 수 있어서 눈치도 보지 않고 이용할수 있어서 더욱 좋았음 다만 방 크기는 일본 호텔답게 작습니다

Best Hotel in Namba.

The location is super centralized. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions in Namba from here. And there are plenty of food, convenient store just below the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and smell fresh. For the price they are charging and the convenience and service I am getting, it is a steal.

Horrible manager, so rude towards tourists, not friendly and too loud, wouldn’t try to communicate with us. He didn’t want to do his job, but would be super friendly with Japanese costumers.

Booked this hotel for 4ppl but only got 3 twins bed. The room was very small. We’re literally squeezed in this room. Will not booked this place again. The only good thing about this hotel is the location was very convenient for shopping and dining.
