I love the convenience of this airport hotel. Shuttle bus is complimentary but the last departure is 11am. Ample luggage storage space. Check in strictly at 3pm and check out is 11am. Breakfast spread was meh. Not advisable to get. There’s Lawson in the lobby so you can easily get a bite there.

The property is very new and the bed is very comfortable. I like the baggage storage room which allow you to pack and weight your luggage. The Spa is very nice with many Onsen options. The location is very convenient. You can walk from the train station and even to the Rinku Shopping Town.

Needed a quick one night stay with a breakfast option since I had flight delays. Hotel was very easy to get to from kansai airport. Quick self check in, right up to room. It was clean and easy to use for a foreigner. Breakfast was awesome and even though I was not able to book the free shuttle I took a taxi back to the airport to take the train I needed. Views were nice.

Plus: (1) Public bath has a lot of pool variety. (2) The facility and room are clean. (3) Free shuttle to the airport with advance reservation, note, only to the airport, not from the airport. (4) Connected to the train station through second floor walkway. Shortcoming: (1) Room temperature is central control and the window does not open even for ventilation. It gets too hot in the room with no option to cool the room down. (2) Doesn't provide lounge wear for free as other resorts do. (3) Parking is not free despite the listing in expedia.

Facilities and location is good. There is also a free shuttle bus service but need to register online beforehand. The spa is great, it opens until 1am. There is a 24 hours convenience store located at 2nd floor. But the over all management in the hotel is poor. No coffee, water nor phone in the room.

The hotel was very nice. The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the location and Free Shuttle to the airport. The problem I had was I was not informed I had to make a reservation to take the Shuttle.
