I will not stay here again , not family friendly , very small bathrooms , pillows are like concrete hard , high and uncomfortable. The hotel has NO other pillow type even for kids or a low or softer pillow! . We had to roll a quilt under our heads for 5 nights! They don’t charge anything to your room , at breakfast we found out we had to exit the line pay for my 4 year old , show them receipt to have breakfast! Never seen a Hotel like it! Much better options in universal walk! Avoid if you can! Breakfast was the exact same limited options every day.

We encountered an incredibly rude staff member who made a member of our group cry and tried to charge us an extra fee which went against both the website and booking information. When this staff member went on break we asked other staff who said there was no extra fee and were much kinder. Breakfast was tasteless and nothing seemed fresh (donuts etc were frozen in the middle). Very expensive for what it was. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again. We were so disappointed we asked for a refund As we wouldn’t be returning for the breakfasts on the following days but as we do not speak Japanese it was hard to question.

Transport from Kansai was straight forward with a bit of walk from bus to the hotel. Plenty of shops nearby and the breakfast was excellent. Must get to breakfast area by 7am, otherwise too many people. Universal studies just around the corner.

This hotel was amazing! The location was within a minute to USJ entrance and the breakfast buffet was superb! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The amazing part of this hotel was we were able to re-enter the USJ park the same day! Highly recommend to families with kids especially if you want to take a mid day break to rest in the hotel and head back to USJ at night time.
