The service is excellent. Even we chose not to clean the room, they have left a set of clean towels and water for us. Good location, just beside the tube station. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We definitely want to stay here again for our next trip back to Osaka! The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were many amenities available in case we forgot anything, and the room was more spacious than we thought it’d be. It’s also right next to a station exit so if you don’t mind hauling luggage up a couple flights of stairs, the hotel is right there. There’s also an elevator at a different exit. I went with my partner and his parents and we all agree we would want to stay here again!

Wonderful hotel in Osaka with great location
This hotel was one of our favourite places to stay - not just in Japan but compared to North America and Europe as well. The customer service was excellent and amenities were wonderful. Recommend selecting the Premier floor with breakfast even if it costs a little more because having access to the lounge for a break from sightseeing is worth it. Location is amazing - right beside a metro station and 24-hour supermarket. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Osaka.

Our 6 night stay was excellent because of the top notch service and customer relations. All of the staff members we encountered were both friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was superb and so was the location in relation to the subway. We are already planning our next stay!!

Immediately surrounding area on all four corners of streets, had Train access stations. Used the local metro stations and JR trains. Hotel was beautiful with additional conveniences like courtesy face masks, teas, etc. A delicious buffet breakfast started our day. Both with western foods for my spouse and for me tradtional asian dishes as well. A nice balance. Next to hotel was a well attended coffee tea and pastries shop for local passerbys. A convenient 24 hour 7-11 store was within a few steps from the coffee place. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Rooms were comfortable with excellent daily service. A mini fridge and acess to coffee and tea was located in our room. We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. A wonderful experience in Osaka.
