Large appartments style rooms. We were a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids) and each had a bed. Could easy fit more people. Rooms were clean with useful amenities. Located right next to Ebisucho train station.

Property was very nice, and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. However, the entire building smelled like poop, which was hard to ignore and was very gross. If they got rid of that smell, I would highly recommend this hotel as it was in a good location and was very very nice.

A hotel with little staff service

There are no staff who speak English, and the fire alarm malfunctioned at night, so I was in the lobby on the first floor for about an hour. There was no response from the staff to the situation, and not even an apology. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and they didn't change the towels or clean the room, it was really bad.

Positive things about this property are very big room even with 4 people, nice front desk staffs, very private rooms as only 2 rooms per floor. Negative things about this property are that no free house keeping, rooms are very dark and staffs are not working 24/7.

Very convenient to take train. Room is spacious. Slight flaw in that we can hear the sound coming from neighbour if they speak loudly. Other than that, it is a very good place to stay for tourist.
