A quieter area easily accessible to trains to the more touristy areas. Hotel had lovely atmosphere and amenities. The Onsen a plus.

Rooms are a bit small but the hotel is incredible. They give a welcome hair care and skin care package, breakfast is delicious, and the property is beautiful with a spa and public bath onsite. We sent our luggage ahead before we arrived and the hotel kept it a few extra days. Centrally located next to a major train station though there isn't much to do right around the hotel itself.

A beautiful hotel located in what felt like more of a business district, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere while still being conveniently accessible for exploring Osaka. The location strikes a nice balance—away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet easily reachable. One thing to note is that the hotel has a ‘no tattoos’ policy for its public bathing area. While this is a traditional practice in Japan, it does feel a bit outdated in today’s world. Overall, a lovely stay—many thanks!

We really liked the property and the Onsen it has. The room was small but well clean and kept. We thought it was pretty far away from the main attractions so we didn´t like that distance.

Such a beautiful, quaint and relaxing experience, with very friendly and thoughtful staff. They were attentive to our needs and answered all the questions we asked. Beds are very comfortable. Facilities were very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel

Love the staff here at Hotel resol Osaka. Just entering the hotel lobby, I felt instantly relaxed due to their aromatherapy scents. I felt at home and at ease from my commute to Osaka! I highly recommend and grateful for all the staff's effort and work to make their guest feel comfortable and happy. They provided us with everything we needed to even water bottles. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Central location. Amazing skin and hair products given. Bed was super comfy. Only thing that was average was the breakfast however I’m a vegetarian and the range did look amazing for meat eaters.

This hotel is small but efficient, I absolutely loved it. Convenient to anywhere you want to visit Osaka or Kyoto via train. When I come back I will stay here agin.

Loved staying here while in Osaka, about a 20 minute walk north of the Dotonbori area so close by but still relatively quiet and peaceful. The on site onsen was amazing and open quite late. The hotel was super clean and the room was a decent size. Also coin laundry was very useful during our stay. Would highly recommend!
