Good option for a reasonable price
Nice location not too far from the main centre - about 10/15 minutes by walk otherwise there are other options using public transportation. The room size was in the average so don't expect too much space but still enough for a couple of nights stay in the city. I appreciated the possibility to select the option for the preferred cleaning to be more sustainable but, as others, I can confirm there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom when we enter the room that seems to reduce once the vent was on or after having a shower, so it was pretty much okay since we were away most of the time.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and the room is comfortable. It is very close to the train station and walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori.

The property was clean and the hotel had a lovely lobby. They gave us plenty of towels throughout our 4 day stay. The laundry facilities in the building were convenient. The room was smaller than what I expected. I also expected the property to be in the Namba neighborhood but we had to take a train to go the shopping center in Namba.

Big room and bath the toilet is separate from the bath so it’s big for Japanese standards, breakfast buffet was good service was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping only downside is not really near a subway /train but otherwise a great stay
