Large rooms

This was my favorite hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great location and the room was large. I wasn't a fan of the pillow, but other than that the room was perfect.

It’s about 8 min walk to subway and 13 min walk to Shinkansen station. Not much see in that area. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Price is very reason.

A wonderful hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice large breakfast area with a good selection of food for all tastes, including cereal, croissant, bread, juices . Walkable to Osaka train station, highly recommend.

Smile hotel was good for its chain of hotels. It was in a comfortable location where there were many facilities around the area. The room was small but spacious. The bathroom was tiny compared to the others unfortunately. We had to go down to the reception to borrow an iron which was not great as other hotels had ironing boards in each floor. Cleaning services were done once every three days which I felt was good but could be done once every two days. They provided fresh towels everyday which was great! The staffs were very friendly and welcoming :)

I loved being in Osaka and stayed in two hotels In Tokyo but I fell in love with Osaka so much that if I get the opportunity to Visit again I would spend a whole week just in Osaka. I loved staying at the hotel and would stay there again quite happily. Location was perfect for what I wanted. A father and son trip. Probably won't get another one but this will stay with me forever till dementia kicks in.
