Close to metro station, convenience stores and Dotonbori in a walking distance. However, this is a bit in outskirt street, quiet. My 8 night stay went so quick 👍

I got assigned to the second floor of the building. My room constantly having some toilet odor and I need to keep spamming refresher before I went out. The room is expected small, considering its location, is acceptable. However if you have 2 people, 2 small and 2 big luggage, you may need additional time to pack the luggage. I found moving ants on my bed, killed it without thinking much, but both me and my husband got bitten every night by unknown bugs. We tried the laundry machine, I guess it's the same for all other Inn and hotel as we stayed other hotel before this one and they all the same model. However, it doesn't seem to fully clean the clothes ( regular load ). The dryer mode can't dry the clothes properly ( clothes are really hot, but wet still) The only positive is the breakfast which is decent base on the price ( add on through Expedia )

The breakfast was disappointing compared to what other hotels offers. There is room for improvement. The food are often lacking and the staff around don’t seem too eager to refill. I would opt out the breakfast option if staying at this hotel. There are better options around the hotel. Staff are always friendly and offers wide variety of amenities.

Hotel in a prime location for Dotonbori and surrounding area. Staff were polite a d friendly which is very nice to see every morning and night. Rooms were a good size for a solo traveller.

Great location, a few mins walk from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori. Few mins walk from train stations as well. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was clean but it was small. I went solo so it wasn’t too bad for me but if there’s more than two people, there will be little to no room to move around if you book the standard double room. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a prime location , just few yards from exit 5 ( lift access) Shinsaibashi metro station. The hotel is clean, cosy and quiet . It provides the use of hotel pyjamas and other items for free. The water in the bathroom is purified as drinkable water. The roof is cosy, bathroom is nice

Look no further, this is a great hotel. Close to train station (different lines within a very short walk), shopping, nightlife and restaurants on your doorstep. Breakfast was very nice too! My children miss the pancakes! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again!
