I stayed in a Superior Double Non-smoking Room for 6 nights on level 8 of the hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 pax.
The room was small but to be expected in Japan and for the price paid. I only had 1 full size luggage so was manageable. Importantly it was clean and bed was comfortable. As it's winter, I would open the window slightly to cool the room as the centralised air-conditioning was emitting hot air though this can be turned off. Overall it was still comfortable and does not affect my sleep.
The toilet was also much smaller than expected with a small bath tub. Not convenient for older folks to climb into the tub to shower.
The hotel was near to Dotonbori shopping district with many F&B choices and shops all within walking distance.
Just outside the hotel was Nippombashi station making it convenient for travelling. 15mins walk to Namba station which is not too far too.
Checking in and out was fully automated using the many machines at the lobby. Very convenient and fast. As we arrived early before check in time, we could also store our luggages at the lobby before going out.
Amenities like bath robes, toothbrush, combs, coffee and tea packets are available for free at the lobby area
Overall, a fuss free hotel at reasonable price that met my needs. Best part is the close proximity to the shopping district.
