The hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location is excellent, it is in the middle of so much and a short ride away from the castle and a 30 min ride from Universal Studios. For parents with kids, just be aware that the pool is not for kids. You have to be 6 to enter and kids are not allowed in after 530 and ha e to leave by 6. The pool is 3 swimming la es and is meant for swimming.

We had a lovely stay, and one of the highlights was how consistently clean and organized our room was, thanks to the attentive staff. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The area where you come out from the first elevator felt uncomfortably warm, almost like a sauna every time. Additionally, having to transfer to the second elevator to reach our guest room was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor setbacks, our overall experience was truly delightful.

Other than the excellent location ( right on top of Namba station and next door to all the shopping and street food district!), this was probably the worst value of the 5 hotejs we stayed in during our 20 day visit to Japan. The staff and customer service, which was outstanding in every other place, was the most conspicuous differevce from the other hotels we stayed in. Overall, bad value for your money

Hotel is in central location... just a couple of blocks from Dotonburi. You can take an elevator to the hotel lobby right from Namba subway station! Our room had a great view of Osaka! Very clean, modern and elegant. Best of all, their staff was very helpful... especially Toko at the front desk reception. She spoke impeccable English and gave us many good restaurant recommendations.

This was a great location for being in the middle of shopping and restaurants. It's also adjacent to trains and the metro. I was traveling with someone who couldn't walk very far and this hotel gave us the opportunity to just take an elevator down to the mall area and there were lots of food options for us. We also had Takashimaya department store in the mall so we could buy prepared foods easily and bring them back to the hotel room. The Namba SkyO building is also accessible from the lobby of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. I'd definitely stay at a Swissotel again because of this positive experience.
