Very nice hotel, location is great - just be mindful the nearest subway into town is about a 5-7 min walk depending on your walking pace. Bus stops are closer though. The elevators get quite jammed during check out time so be mindful of that. These are absolute nit-pick comments as I had a great stay and the staff are ultra friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

This was a really lovely hotel stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice.

Location was great as it was close to the station, restaurants and convenient stores. However we couldn’t watch tv or access YouTube as it kept lagging and was super slow and was told there wasn’t anything we could do about it as other guests were also on the same network. The bathroom was smaller than other hotels in Japan and had a step to enter the bathroom which could be a potential tripping hazard. Overall the stay was okay

Location was great! Room was a bit small but ok- bathroom was elevated so if handicap might be a problem. Cleaning of room non exhiating until after 3rd day. One day we didnt get clean towels or our trash taken out

The property was a 3 * and not a 4* as it was listed on Expedia. Positives: great staff, good location, does the trick for the night. Negatives: Very small room, very very hard bed, Bathroom kind of like a little pod. Fine for a night. Expensive for a 3* business hotel but did the trick for the night.
