My 12th-floor room had a view and openable window. Queen size bed was clean and comfy. Wi-fi was good. Fridge was cold. Hot water was good. Staff were friendly. Check in/out was easy. Only complaint is not enough hooks for hanging things, only 4 hangars, no smart TV (Japanese channels only), and no complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Overall a great place to stay and I’d stay there again.

People smoke in front of the hotel. Their dryer takes ages to dry clothes and the washing room stinks. Staff are unwilling to help.

Good, but some downsides
The hotel in itself is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The position is ideal to explore Osaka and there’s a conbini right next to it. We were in a triple room and there was enough room for us and the luggage. The bathroom was a standard size. I love that the tap water is drinkable, so you can just fill up your water bottle. Now the downsides. Frankly, for what we paid I expected it not to be an issue to book a taxi or something for the airport. The guy was very kind and professional, but basically said “we don’t do that, there are many taxis in the street”. That was a first for me, ever! The other thing is that it’s very noisy until about 12:30am due to where it us - I’m talking music and such. It’s obviously not the hotel’s fault but worth pointing out. After that time it’s just “city noise” and easy to sleep - I recommend trying to get a room at a higher floor though if you need to get to bed early.

Better place to stay for this location
Water leaked out of the sink faucet and tub so bad we requested to change rooms. We planned to move the beds so to sleep more comfortably but there was a bunch of dust and fallen items that was never vacuumed we moved the beds back so we wouldn't have to walk on the floor. Room was minimal: beds, bathroom, refrigerator, hot water pot, not much more... Dryer never dried our clothes after spending countless hours and 100 yen coins to dry. Front staff was very helpful and courteous. Good location near Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi but a little concerning at night, rough neighborhood

Small room for two beds - had to climb over one to get to the other and no space to open your luggage. Found the place had not been vacuumed very well either (lots of hair clinging to our socks) Very convenient location and would recommend if you don’t anticipate being in your room much

Washer and dryer was horrible and a rip off. Washer dryer combo states 500 yen but it’s took 500 more due to malfunction and staff didn’t believe that it malfunctioned so staff not accommodating at all. If you use the washer/dryer take a video to prove inaccuracies of the machines to the staff. Huge roaches in the room and staff unwilling to look for better alternative, even if you are willing to pay out of pocket more. Location is central to Dotombori though.

We like the location of the hotel. It’s very near to everything at Dotonburi. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was clean, neat and bright but was a bit small. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyable time at Osaka. Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel.😊👍
