The property was so close to the concert grounds and there were convenient stores within walking distance (about 5 min). Laundry facilities work and there was an ice machine on the lobby floor. Train stations were within 10 minutes of the hotel. Staff were helpful with our questions and was able to get us a taxi to the airport. Didn’t like: We’re from the US so there wasn’t enough space for our luggage. I’m used to being able to put luggage under the bed but this hotel didn’t have that bed feature. We had to place big luggage’s behind the door. There was a small closet in the room to place carry-ons and personal bags though.

A bit off the beaten path, but that's not a bad thing. It was very quiet. Rooms were typically small, but comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent.

Friendly staff. Very clean property at a good location. Quiet area, near a few train stations and a convenience store. I would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

There is minimal service as it is self check in and check out as well as self luggage locking. The laundry room and the machines were a bit old but did their job. Rooms were a bit small but expected for Japan

This is a great location that is not too busy but about a five block walk to the Namba City train station. There is a Lawsons steps from the hotel, so very convenient for buying water and snacks. The hotel buffet is very good with both western and asian options. It is worth the price to upgrade your hotel stay with the breakfast option as it has a good variety and is of high quality. There are great amenities too at the hotel like fridge, vault, pajamas that are replaced daily, slippers, weighing scale, storage. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Check in and check out are both available as self service. Walkable to several subway stations so getting around was never a problem and super convenient. The staff were excellent.
