The best hotel for business trips

The hotel's connected transportation, surrounding environment, and breakfast are all excellent. In particular, the high intimacy of the staff is the reason why I always stop by here when I'm on a business trip in Osaka. The condition of the room was excellent overall, but there was a little bad smell in the laundry tank and laundry pipe. It is a part that requires continuous management.

The location was just a walking distance to Shinshaibashi and Dotonbori. Lots of cute cafe around the area if you like exploring new cafe then you will enjoy a variety of options around the area. The room is spacious enough and doesnt feel cramped. I will definitely stay here again if i visit Osaka again.

Great location to shopping and getting to the train station. Great amenities and reasonable rates. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found a used bandaid left on the floor upon arrival and the bathroom didn’t smell fresh. Front desk not too friendly.

Great stay in Osaka, the hotel room was well maintained and clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with mix of Japanese and western cuisine- perfect to start our day. Staff were friendly and polite.

Wonderful room, one of the more comfortable of my whole Japan stay. Great amenities, including an in room washer dryer, which was perfect considering I stayed here 1/2 way through my trip allowing me to spend an evening doing laundry while relaxing in the hotel rather than having to locate a laundromat. Room also had enoug space to sit and work at the table, and prepare some gifts for the next leg of my trip! Staff were very friendly and willing to help! Enjoyed the paid sky lounge views and snacks/drinks on my last morning there,

Rooms were small and the layout was a poor design. There could have been more shelves and another chair would've helped. I found it strange that the check in counter was on the 18th floor. Good thing is it has a washer/dryer combo in the room and a microwave. There were a lot of restaurants around the place but they don't show up on goggle map. We found those restaurants when we walked around the place. It's about 3 1/2 blocks from the subway station Midosuji line which goes through the center of Osaka from Shin-Osaka station to Tennojii station. This hotel is about in the center 5 stops to Shin Osaka and 5 stops to Tennojii. The trick is to know what number exit to take to shorten your walk to your destination. Breakfast didn't have a lot of selections but adequate.

Everyone we encountered was so friendly! Some highlights we really enjoyed: Check in was fast and efficient, the agent explained the amenities on property I really appreciated all of the amenity kits offered at the front desk The washer and dryer in the room The breakfast buffett and the share lounge the luggage storage on the first floor. and lastly its in a great location, about 15 mins walk to dotobori and 5 mins to the train station entrance. Really great experience, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back!

The stay was disappointing given the reviews. It was noisy due to the relentless parade of motorbikes. Hardly slept. The breakfast is awful being cold and shocking quality and poor choice. kettle in the room but no tea or milk or coffee and when asked why, the language barrier went up. Bed uncomfortable and the duvet way to thick and hot for a hotel. Bathroom had someone else's hair in it in 3 places and the fan didn't work and the bathroom brace bar was loose. Really bad stay. I simply don't understand the reviews as our stay was awful
