The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here.

There is no enough parking space in the hotel. I need to search for parking as the surrounding area paid parking places were all full. Hotel should tie up with parking facilities and provide the customers with parking coupon.

駅から近くて便利です。客室は清掃が行き届いていて清潔でした。フロントの方、朝食のスタッフの方、皆さん丁寧に対応されていました。喫煙の部屋しか取れなかったので臭いが気になりましたが、消臭スプレーが置いてあったので使わせてもらいました。夜間の車の音は都会住まいの方なら気にならない程度です。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かっていただけました。 客室に加湿器もあり、滞在中快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました！
