We stayed at many places in Japan while we were there and the staff at this establishment was incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife and I were sad when we had to leave. Also the breakfast was phenomenal every time. Thank you for such a relaxing stay and help and patience with every worry I had as someone who only knows very basic Japanese

Osaka loop not frequent
Room was bigger than I expected. Bed was not comfy. I can feel the springs and it’s hard. Maybe that’s what some Japanese people prefer. This location is convenient to metro and JR. Keep in mind JR loops may take an hour to come at some time frame. We were going to universal. We found out from Google that the train comes in every hour at 6:30am.

Staff is nice. They don’t speak much English but google translate is your friend. They have this weird thing where the clean the rooms from 11-4pm so you can’t be in your room at that time...unless you ask what time your room is done. Other than that it’s perfect for a solo traveler.
