Family trip
We loved our room because it was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were too hard for us, but everything else was great. The location was very convenient for taking the train or metro and it was close to great restaurants and shopping. The amenities at the hotel were great, especially the breakfast buffet which was tasty and had lots of variety. We would stay here again.

Great property, really really close to the Dotonbori neighborhood too. The staff are super kind, respectful, amazing, and most of all helpful. Definitely recommend.

It was an amazing stay! Comfortable bed and spacious enough. Room is very clean, tidy, and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is near dotonbori and a lot of food and convenience store nearby. They also provide daily towels. Also, very affordable!

Location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the bathroom had a strong odors that smelled like sewage, we notified the hotel but they couldn’t do anything about it.

Good stay for solo traveler in Osaka. Breakfast was ok, I would suggest travelers to skip the breakfast and go down to the food court underneath the hotel. Very close to the train and donbori. Would recommend clean rooms and quiet rooms too.
