It's very accessible from train stations. Not too far to walk. Quiet area. Shopping/food street nearby. Excellent breakfast. Staffs very helpful and professional. Overall excellent experience!!

Can't beat it
I was hesitant due to the cheap price - Japanese hotels are typically expensive. But this place is all around great. Good space, convenient location, spotless, and very kind staff. Great chain!

This hotel and its staff really maximized its resources and its customer service, creating a pleasant surprise for a stay. Having been to hotels that “looked better in pictures” in the region, the other hotels disappointed and paled in comparison to this hotel’s thoughtfulness and thoroughness. A very high-value return on our spend and with very decent breakfast included for free!

The hotel is well worthy the cheap deal you get. I would stay there again considering that the breakfast is free as well and very fresh and delicious. The cleaning level is impressive!

This was great value in every respect . Checkin was efficient , location good . The room , although small ,was freshly refurbished and extremely well equpped Breakfast was good and included in room rate . All for NZ 82 / night ( about 50 US ) . I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to train station. The breakfast is included which give us a good start of the day. The reason why I drop a star from staff and service is relating to the parking staff. Initially they want us to park into the elevator parking. I told the parking staff that i will need to access the car during my stay. The staff become impatient with me maybe because she were able to communicate in English nor I can in Japanese. Eventually, the hotel staff managed to talk to her and get us a self park. But she wouldn't let us unload our luggage in the parking lot until we parked out car in the designated area. We felt being too rude. Other than that staff, the rest of the hotel staff are very ice and professional even the cleaning staff in the breakfast area.

Nice staff, easy walk to the subway station. If you got the JR pass, don't sweat it. The subway is literally 1 stop for 170 yen. You can get anywhere from here. I used it as my base for Osaka, Kyoto and Nara and Kobe
