The staff was so friendly and helpful. The area was very walkable and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Our 5 year old son loved it as well, especially the available snacks in the lobby and the games in the cafe. Would love to stay here again!

Had a great stay at this hotel, surprisingly spacious as far as Japanese standards and the lobby had free snacks (crackers and teas) that you can partake in.

The hotel is located close to Umeda/osaka stations so with good connections. It was comfortable and clean. Rooms are small but it was expected. I was disappointed in the breakfast which was set from 4 options that all were more lunch like meals for my taste but I can imagine others not having the same issue. All im saying- if you’re a picky eater don’t bother paying to have breakfast included. Coffee and tea service is free 24/7 in the lobby which is nice.

The staff at Umedaholic are super friendly and helpful. General guest amenities like afternoon drinks and treats in the common area, mobile phone charging / work stations, and breakfast options are an added bonus. Our room on the second floor was superb. Spacious, modern and clean. Umedaholic is within walking distance to/from Osaka Station; and there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. Highly recommended.

Great staff, very patient and understanding (I accidentally double booked but they took care of everything so quickly). Cool bar/cafe at the lobby. Good location but off the main road.

Umedaholic staff were attentive and hospitable, especially during late night hours. They offer complimentary snacks, drinks, and toiletries while supplies last. The King bedroom I had was spacious enough for my checked baggage and carry-on as well as a decent medium sized backpack. The complimentary daily water bottle refill was also extremely helpful for traveling. Overall, a solid hotel near attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants suitable for travelers, I would recommend this place, especially for pricing and location!
